Mc Crossan wants Theresa May to intervene in Billy Caldwell case

The British Prime Minister is being asked to become involved in the case of 12 year old Billy Caldwell from Castlederg whose prescription for medicinal cannabis has been revoked without warning.

West Tyrone MLA Daniel Mc Crossan has written to Theresa May and other senior politicians and officials saying it's unacceptable that the home office has threatened legal action against Billy's GP.

He says he wants to to determine where the decision to revoke the permission came from, and why the GP's medical opinion has been ignored.............
