Councillor Patrick McGowan has been elected as the new Cathaoirleach of the Stranorlar Municipal District.
He replaces Cllr. Martin Harley in the Chair with the announcement made at today’s municipal meeting in Lifford.
Cllr. McGowan says he has a number of areas that he wishes to emphasis in the coming year, with the border issue topping that agenda:
