Donegal County Council has voted to defer a decision on the draft 2017 report of the Donegal Joint Policing Committee.
The deferral was sought by Councillor Albert Doherty, who said the draft is incomplete. He also said there are questions to be asked about the attendance of Oiteachtas members and the absence of recommendations.
