Plans for Donegal in new tourism strategy launched in Derry today


A new tourism strategy is to be launched in Derry today which will include plans to connect the city with Donegal’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Tourism 2025 Strategy is a seven year plan to transform Derry’s tourism industry and develop the region as a hub destination, connecting the Wild Atlantic Way and the Causeway Coastal Route.
Jennifer McKeever is President of Derry’s Chamber of Commerce, she says its about ease of access for tourists throughout the North West region:
