A late sitting of the Dáil ended in uproar last night, as TDs debated the Road Traffic Bill.
The legislation’s been stalled by members of the Rural Alliance, who oppose the tough drink-driving penalties.
They’ve been accused by the Minister for Transport of staging a filibuster.
