An Inishowen councillor is expressing concern about the immediate future of the Buncrana Community Nursing Unit, saying staff shortage have led to the closure of five beds already, and day services are also being seriously compromised.
Cllr Rena Donaghey says the problem is being worsened because they haven’t got clearance to replace senior staff.
