Orange weather warning remains in place for Donegal


27-thousand ESB customers are still without power this morning.
The storm has brought major flooding along the West coast – especially in Galway.
The effects of this morning’s high tide have yet to be seen but there’s an orange wind warning for Donegal all Atlantic coastal counties until lunchtime.
