Gaoth Dobhair have won the U16 Division 1 Championship by the narrowest of margins following their 0-12 v 2-05 win over St. Eunan’s today.
It was all Gaoth Dobhair in the first half, they led by 0-09 V 0-00 at half-time, but St. Eunan’s mounted a comeback in the second half, outscoring Gaoth Dobhair by 2-05 v 0-03 in that period. Gaoth Dobhair held on in the last 6 minutes, where St. Eunan’s scored 1-03.
