Flooding aftermath issues in Donegal to be raised in Seanad later

 

A range of flooding aftermath issues in Donegal will be brought to the fore again in the Seanad later.
Representations will be made for the Government to urgently provide financial support to rebuild Swan Park in Buncrana and Glenevin Waterfall in Clonmany.
While the need for a range of flood defences to be commenced and completed across Donegal will also be raised.
Clarification will also be sought surrounding the funding of sporting organisations that were affected by the floods, particularly Cockhill Celtic FC in Buncrana.
Donegal Senator Padraig MacLochlainn says the Government needs to act now:
