Chances of power-sharing executive being set up soon “not positive”

The British Secretary of State for Northern Ireland says the chances of a power-sharing executive being set up soon are "not positive".

James Brokenshire says Westminster will have to impose a budget if a compromise can't be agreed by November.

The Stormont assembly collapsed last January and numerous attempts to get it up and running since have failed.
