An Inishowen Cllr is calling for a review of figures submitted to the Council for repair costs following August’s floods.
While current costings stand in excess of 15 million euro, there are now fears that the bill could rise even more, owing to more instances of damage being discovered.
Local Cllr Albert Doherty says he is still receiving new reports on a regular basis and while Cllrs on the peninsula have already sent in initial submissions, the situation has to be revisited:
