Donegal has the second cheapest three-bedroom semis in the country – REA

Longford still has the cheapest three bedroom semis in the country, at an average of €90,000, with Donegal second at €93,750, up 5.6% since June.
That’s according to the latest report published this morning by Real Estate Alliance.
That’s against a national average of just under €200,000, although that average falls to €173,000 when Dublin and the commuter counties are taken out of the equation.
REA say Despite the absence of sterling buyers because of Brexit and the exchange rate, prices in some parts of Donegal have risen by an average of €6,250 since June, fuelled by an acute lack of supply of suitable properties.
