Dundalk manager Stephen Kenny says fine margins separated them from Rosenburg in their second round qualifier last night.
The Lilywhites took the lead early in the game through a Brian Gartland header however the Norwegian side equalised before half time and scored the winning goal in extra time.
2-1 the final score on the night and it was 3-2 on aggregate.
