Jim McGuinness to work in Chinese Super League

Former Donegal manager Jim Mc Guinness has taken a position as an assistant manager to Chinese Super league club Beijing Sinobo Guoan.
McGuinness will work under former Bayer Leverkusen boss Roger Schmidt after agreeing a two and a half year contract.
The Glenties native, who has been part of the coaching staff at Celtic since 2013 will travel to China on Saturday to start work on Monday.
The ex Celtic coach told the Irish Times he feels that it’s great timing in terms of taking the next step forward in his coaching career.
