Tyrone cruise past Derry in Ulster Championship Quarter-Final


Tyrone booked their place in an Ulster Championship Semi-Final against Donegal after a double-scores win over Derry in Celtic Park.
0-22 V 0-11 was the final score in Sunday afternoon’s game which saw the heavy favourites Tyrone lead the match all the way through, leading by 6 points after 20 minutes of play. Derry were able to bring it back to a five point game at the break, where Tyrone led 0-10 to 0-05.
Tyrone kept the pace up through the second half where they outscored Derry 12 points to 6. Derry came to within 4 points at one stage during the second half, but Tyrone were able to come back and finish the game off.
