Two wins from two for Donegal in New York


Mark McHugh got the goal as Donegal made it two wins from two over New York in their challenge games, in the Gaelic Park this morning.
Donegal ran out comfortable winners over their hosts by a final scoreline of 1-18 – 0-12.
Rory Gallagher’s men are currently in the Big Apple on a fundraising drive and were without the u-21’s – who lost to Dublin yesterday in the All-Ireland semi-final.
But, some of Donegal’s more experienced players like Patrick McBrearty and Michael Murphy were on fine form over the two games.
Karl Lacey also got a goal in the first game, which Donegal won 1-12 – 1-05, in the early hours of Friday morning.
