Derry City set to use Oriel Park for Europa games


Derry City will play their Europa League fixtures at Dundalk’s Oriel Park.
The Derry News says The Showgrounds in Sligo was also an option but its understood Rovers had priced themselves out of using their ground.
Derry can’t play their games at Maginn Park as it doesn’t meet the UEFA licensing requirements.
The Buncrana venue is hosting the Candystrips home games this year as development work continues at the Brandywell.
Kenny’s Shiels side take their place in the Europa League thanks to their third place finish last year in the Premier Division, they’ll will find out their opponents in the coming weeks.
