Derry City beat Institute 4-1 at Riverside

Derry City won the Billy Kee Memorial Cup on Wednesday night.
The Candystrips beat local Irish League Championship side Institute 4-1 at the Riverside Stadium in Drumahoe.
Aaron McEneff scored a brace in the opening half to put Derry 2-0 up at the break.
Araon Jarvis reduced the deficit to one on 73 minutes, but Ben Doherty reply two minutes later to make it 3-1 and then Doherty bagged his second and Derry’s fourth late in the game.
Derry’s next pre-season game is on Friday night at Maginn Park in Buncrana against another Irish League side in Coleriane.
