Ramelton native, Connor Gormley has been selected for the Republic Of Ireland Centenary Shield squad for their clash against Wales, on Thursday, in Home Farm, Dublin.
Gormley, who plays for Derry City U19’s captained the U17’s before taking a step up to the higher age gap.
The Loreto, Milford student is now in his third year with the Candy Stripes.
