Gardai investigating Ballyshannon incident

Gardai in Ballyshannon are investigating an incident in the Market Street area of the town in which a woman was discovered with injuries.
The incident which happened at approximately 2:30am this morning when Gardai discovered the woman who is believed to be in her 20’s.
The woman was taken to Sligo University Hospital for treatment to her injuries and Gardai have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
