Agreement on parking arrangements sought for match day in Twin Towns



A Donegal Councillor says it's important that event organisers in the Twin Towns consult with Gardai and the county council to ensure that parking arrangements are agreed and stewarded.

Cllr Patrick Mc Gowan was speaking after a number of people last week complained that they had been ticketed in the Railway Road area of Stranorlar while attending a recent match.

Cllr Mc Gowan says his understanding is a small number of people were ticketed for blocking the footpath and parking too close to the bus station entrance.
