A post mortem examination is taking place today at Letterkenny University Hospital on the body of a woman recovered from Lough Barrow near Doochary last evening.
It’s understood the woman’s car went into the water from a pier.
Gardai have confirmed they do not believe the death is suspicious, and they are treating it as a tragic incident.
