Donegal manager Rory Gallagher is building his panel ahead of the 2017 season with a mix of youth and experience.
Eamon McGee and Colm McFadden called time on their inter county careers shortly after the championship ended against Dublin but experienced players like Karl Lacey and Frank McGlynn will be available for next year.
There is still question marks over a few more of the lads that were All Ireland and Ulster winners for Donegal and the manager is expecting one or two more to step away but it will be next month before the players in question will make their decision.
Gallagher is also having a strong look at quite a few of the minors and under 21 squad who have been put on programs, while on his backroom team, Paul Callaghan takes up the goalkeeping roll from James Gallagher and trainer Richard Thorton was added in recent weeks replacing Jack Cooney…

You can hear more from Donegal Manager Rory Gallagher on Wednesday nights GAA Programme with Tom Comack from 8.30pm.
