History was made at the Donegal Senior Cross Country Championships on Sunday morning.
The event, which was first staged in 1971, was won by Letterkenny Olympian Catriona Jennings in the ladies’ category.
She also helped her club to the team event, which was the first time that Letterkenny AC took the senior ladies’ title.
The men’s category, which is so often contested between the athletes of Letterkenny and Finn Valley, was won by Chris Johnson of Finn Valley.
