Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is set to introduce a minimum living wage of £8.25 for council workers, following the lead of Derry City and Strabane District Council and Belfast City Council.
The decision was taken by the Policy and Resources Committee, and is set to be ratified at the next full council meeting.
