Three RNLI volunteers from Donegal have been honoured at the charity’s annual presentation of awards.
The event recognises volunteers dedication and commitment to volunteering over long periods of time in a bid to raise funds and awareness and to help save lives at sea.
Among the local awardees was Lough Swilly RNLI mechanic Gregory McDaid – awarded a 20 year Long Service Badge.
Sean Boyle and James Shovlin from the Rosses Branch both received a Gold Badge.
