Two men are due to appear before Letterkenny Court this morning charged in connection with a fire in an underground car park in Letterkenny in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Owen McFadden (40) from Falcarragh appeared before a special court sitting of Sligo Court on Saturday morning.
He has been charged on ten different offences including criminal damage and burglary and was remanded in custody.
On Friday last, Paul McGinley (30) from Gortahork appeared before a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court and was also charged with ten offences.
Nine cars were destroyed in the fire as well as significant damage caused to a clothes shop and bakery.
On Friday, Inspector Goretti Sheridan told the court she was objecting to bail because of the seriousness of the charges and that more charges were yet to follow.
Judge Paul Kelly said he was refusing bail as he believed McGinley would not attend future court sittings.
Both men are due before Letterkenny District Court later today.
