Rory McIlroy will head to golf’s Ryder Cup having picked up a season-ending bonus of nearly 9-million-pounds.
The Team Europe player scooped the prize money after securing victory in a play-off at the US PGA Tour Championship in Atlanta.
McIlroy said he’s now at a point in his career where he’s become used to handling such pressure situations.
