Naomh Conaill beat St. Eunan’s in quarter-final

Naomh Conaill booked their place in the semi-finals of the Donegal Senior Football Championship after defeating St. Eunan’s 1-13 to 1-8  in their quarter-final clash at MacCumhaill Park.
Conor Morrisson got an early goal for the Cathedral Town side but the defending champions finished the half on the front foot and the sides were level at the break, St. Eunan’s 1-4, Naomh Conaill 0-7.
Dara Gallagher got the crucial score for the Glenties team in the second half goal with a goal that paved the way for victory.
St. Eunan’s nearly scored a goal late on but Aaron Thompson got the final point of the game to give Naomh Conaill a five point winning margin.
