Donegal International Rally winner Manus Kelly has confirmed he will compete in this years Harvest Rally in the Subaru S12 B that he drove to victory back in June.
Having originally planned to tackle the Martin Howley Memorial Stages around the Killybegs area in a Ford Escort Mark II, the popular Glenswilly man has once again finalised a package with Melvan Evan Motorsport to bring the Subaru back to Donegal.
With Donal Barrett retired from the sport, there’s a change of navigator, Gareth Doherty who sat with Manus during their Corolla days in the mid 2000’s will fill the seat.
Next months Harvest Rally will be the first in five years for Manus.
Manus told Highland Radio Sport, “I’m delighted to have got the deal done and I’m excited about getting back into the car that proved so successful in the International.”
