A Letterkenny man became overall winner of the Enterprise Awards last night in Dublin after expanding his business from a spare bedroom to a state-of -the-art premises.
Derek Walker who is registered blind set up his business ‘Simple Health’ in 2014, which involves wheatgrass production and selling frozen wheatgrass shots.
Mr. Walker has also secured a substantial contract to supply his product to Tesco Ireland.
