A Donegal County Councillor is urging homeowners throughout Donegal to be vigilant for signs of defective blocks in their homes following reports of new cases in the Finn Valley and East Donegal areas.
It’s understood the council is continuing to test homes throughout the county, with the first report from the expert panel due in the coming months.
However Cllr Gary Doherty says while the Mica crisis has so far been largely confined to the Inishowen and Letterkenny areas he says new cases are now being discovered:
