The Ireland squad are training in Dublin ahead of Mondays World cup qualifier with Serbia
Seamus Coleman trained this morning and could feature in Belgrade.
The Killybegs man hasn’t played for Everton this season because of an ankle injury but Martin O’Neill is hopeful on him being fit for the first game of the campaign.
John O’Shea also trained this morning as he recovers from a hip problem.
With James McCarthy back at Everton for treatment on his groin, Manager O’Neill will welcome the news that two of his key defenders are nearing full fitness.
