Search resumes for missing swimmer

Rescue teams are resuming their search for a swimmer who’s missing off the Donegal coast.
The Malin Head Coastguard is co-ordinating the search for the man, believed to be a soldier, who got into trouble while swimming at Tullan Strand in Bundoran yesterday evening.
The Coastguard supported by the Sligo 118 Rescue Helicopter and the Bundoran Lifeboat are involved in the search.
It is understood the alarm just before 6pm on Tuesday by a woman in a carpark after a group of swimmers signalled to her for help.
Another man, also believed to be a soldier, was treated on the beach by ambulance personnel after ingesting water.
