Donegal’s Stephen Mc Laughlin got on the scoresheet once again for Southend on Tuesday night.
Southend beat Sheffield Utd 3-0 to take their first win in season in England’s League One.
McLaughlin scored the second goal 13 minutes into the game.
The goal was his third so far in the campaign.
Southend are back in action on Saturday against Bristol Rovers.
