Donegal ladies’ team manager Micheal Naughton has praised his players for fighting until the final whistle in their quarter-final defeat by Dublin.
The Dubs won the All Ireland Senior Football Championship tie on Saturday by three points: Dublin 1-13 (16) v 2-7 (13) Donegal.
Micheal said Donegal made one mistake and Dublin took advantage of it to get a goal, but he was happy that Donegal asked “big questions” of the Leinster kingpins.
