PARC says alleged driving “game” must be addressed by authorities


Donegal Road Safety Group Parc has expressed concern over an alleged new driving craze which is said to be widespread across the county.

Drivers are taking part in a daring game in which they drive at speed towards each other before one swerves to one side moments before they are set to collide.

The one who swerves first loses the game.

Chairperson of Parc Susan Grey says the current 12 hour driving programme for those charged with driving offences is not working on it's own and should be combined with other consequences.....
