There are calls for the AIB building in Gweedore to be gifted to the local community.
A ‘for sale’ sing has appeared on the building with local Councillor Cllr Michael Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig calling for it to be made available to locals.
He says the area has no central facilities for youth service and believes the building is in a perfect location for this type of service:
