The North's First Minister, Arlene Foster and the Chief Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon will also attend today's talks.
Meanwhile, the Taoiseach has asked Donegal County Council to prepare a report on the potential impact of Brexit on the county, to be given to a special unit he is establishing within his department.
Mr Kenny made the request during a meeting this week with Cathaoirleach Cllr Terence Slowey and Chief Executive Seamus Neely.
