Council urged to act on unlicensed trading on beaches

Councillor Noel Jordan used the example of Rossnowlagh - he says it can be chaotic on the beach in the summer with unlicenses traders operating.

He is calling for a clear set of by-laws on the issue - he says traders should be properly licensed before they can operate on Council property...........
