Donegal company Arklu has been named the winner of the Google Adopt a Startup 2016 Spring Programme.
Arklu are makers of Lottie and Finn dolls which are based on characters who are 9 years of age and created to be positive role models for children. The company is based at the CoLab Business Icubation centre at Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
Managing Director Ian Harkin says while winning the competition was an acvhievement, the most important thing has been the boost the company received in marketting and online presence because of the mentoring they received from Google………….
