Special Stage 18, the second run around Glen, has been cancelled due to safety conditions in the Joule Donegal International Rally.
Keith Cronin and Mikey Galvin lead by 7.6 seconds over Manus Kelly and Donal Barrett as they make their way to the penultimate stage of the rally.
