Man in late 20s remains in custody this morning over Michael Barr murder

A man in his 20's remains in Garda custody this morning in connection with the murder of  Strabane man Michael Barr.

He was arrested yesterday morning and brought to the Bridewell Garda station in Dublin.

Michael Barr, a dissident republican, was shot dead in the Sunset House in Summerhill, Dublin on the 25th of April, as part of the Kinahan/Hutch gangland feud.

Eamonn Cumberton was charged with his murder before Dublin District Court last month.
