After a long wait Ireland’s opening game has arrived as they take on Sweden in Paris this evening at 5.00 pm.
It remains uncertain who will start the game although the prognosis on Jonathan Walters seems to be good so he may get the nod.
It’s also uncertain if Wes Hoolahan or James Mc Lean will start while in defence two of Shane Duffy , Richard Keogh and John O’Shea will form the centre back partnership.
Ireland manager Martin O’Neill says he has a team finalised but their could be changes. He also feels that he has the squad able to compete in three tough games.
