Man admits Killybegs robbery, second man facing charges tomorrow

A 24-year-old man has admitted robbery at a filling station in Killybegs in November of last year.
Donegal Circuit Court heard a second man is to face charges tomorrow linked to the same incident.
Ivan Crawford, of Galliagh Park, Enniskillen, pleaded guilty at Donegal Circuit Court to robbing Gabriel Breslin of €400 at Breslin’s Service Station, Donegal Rd, Corporation, Killybegs, last November 7th.
Judge John O’Hagan ordered a Probation report on Crawford to assess if he is suitable for community service.
The judge also extended legal aid to include a psychiatric report on the defendant.
He also ordered a victim impact report.
The case was adjourned to the next term of the court in October and Crawford was remanded on continuing bail.
