Downings through to All Ireland Gaeltacht Junior Final

Downings are through to the All Ireland Comortas Peile NaGaeltachta Junior Final in Ballyvourney County Cork.

The Donegal champions came from 1-5 to 0-1 down against Lispole from Kerry in Sunday’s semi final to win by two points.
Downings hit the front for the first time in the 42nd minute to lead 1-10 to 1-9.
Both sides scored goals late in the game but Downing held out to reach tomorrows final .
Elsewhere defending champions Noamh Conaill will meet the hosts Naomh Aban in the senior semi final at 7.30 this evening.
