Athletics Ireland announces several top Donegal positions

Donegal connection at today's [April 23, 2016] Athletics Association of Ireland (AAI) Congress with new president Georgina Drumm and Downings man John Cronin appointed as new VP.
The Athletics Association of Ireland has appointed several Donegal administrators to its top positions at its latest Congress.
The appointments were announced at the annual meeting which was held in Tullamore on Saturday.
John Cronin, from Downings, was appointed vice-president;
Neil Martin, from Glenfin, was elected to the Board;Brendan Mc Daid, from Letterkenny, joins the competition committee; Eamonn Harvey, from Donegal Town was appointed to the caching committee; and Dermot Mc Granaghan, from Castlefinn, is now on the juvenile committee.
Georgina Drumm, from Co Louth, was elected as the new president.
