A Donegal County Councillor says it would be a mistake for anyone to boycotting this month’s Census.
Depsite filling out the Census being a legal obligation, there are online movements calling on people to not do so in protest on a number of issues ranging from privacy to anger at the Government.
Councillor Patrick McGowan says the Census is used to form policy in a number of important areas, he says it should be filled out fully and honestly………
