Northern Ireland set a new unbeaten record

soccerNorthern Ireland set a new record of ten games unbeaten after they defeated Slovenia 1-0 last night thanks to a goal from Conor Washington.
It was only Washington’s second visit to the country.
The previous record was held by Billy Bingham’s team when they reached the 1986 World Cup.
Washington spoke afterwards about the great atmosphere in Belfast.
