There are calls for an urgent programme to be put in place for the repair to potholes
The call comes from Councillor James Pat McDaid who says the problem is worsening across the county and seems to be a particular problem in certain areas.
He wants the council to assess why that is but believes its down to poor drainage leading to excess water on the county’s roads:
